Slow down your thinking. Make better decisions.
Ninety minutes won't turn you into a critical thinker. It will show you exactly where your thinking speeds up, then hand you something to do about it on Monday.
The problem
In meetings, in decisions, in everyday work, we jump to conclusions, defend our first idea and rush to solutions. Not because we're careless. It's because of three very human pressures.
Speed gets rewarded. Deliberation looks like hesitation.
An answer, any answer, feels better than an open question.
So we close the gap as fast as we can and call it a decision.
That's where most thinking goes wrong. Not in the reasoning. In the rush.
The core idea
Better thinking happens in the gap between question and answer.
Most people close that gap instantly. In these 90 minutes you learn to notice it, hold it open a little longer and use it.
A free companion tool
The Gap is a private, free notebook for exactly this: the space between a question and your answer. Log a decision and it starts showing you the pattern.

How it works
The 90 minutes are the middle. What happens either side is what makes them stick.
You get a short journal the moment you book. For a few days you note the decisions you make and what sat underneath them: what you knew, felt, assumed, hoped. Nothing to hand in. You arrive with your own material instead of our examples.
15–20 minutes, spread over a few daysNot a webinar. Short exercises that catch you jumping to conclusions in real time, work on your own journal entries and dialogue with the other participants. You leave with one question you can use in any meeting.
90 minutes, live onlineSome people want to take it further: into a real decision, a stuck team, or a habit they want to change. One-to-one and team coaching is available separately. No obligation and nobody will chase you about it.
Optional · booked separatelyWhat you take away
This is an introduction and it's honest about that. Ninety minutes buys you awareness and one usable habit, which is more than most courses manage in a day.
Recognise the moment your brain reaches for a quick answer: while it's happening, not afterwards.
101Tell facts, assumptions and interpretations apart, in something you're actually working on.
101A single question that opens the gap back up, in any meeting, without derailing it.
101The journal doesn't stop when the session ends. That's the part that keeps working.

And afterwards
Everyone who attends gets a Future Skills Certificate for Critical Thinking 101, shareable on LinkedIn and one tile in a collection that grows as you take more of the series.
