How it works
The 90 minutes are the middle. What happens either side is what makes them stick.
No case study. Before the session, pick one real decision you're currently facing (or a recent one you're still unsure about) and bring it with you. That's the only pre-work.
A few minutes of reflection beforehandInteractive, not a lecture. A short exercise that reveals how your thinking works under pressure, a look at the environment around you rather than just what's in your head and a simple lens you apply straight to your own decision.
